Shipping Information

📦 Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping Times:

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  (Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays and sales.)

💌 Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your package right to your door.

🌎 International Orders:
At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. Please contact us at hello@carterpresley.com for international inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your little ones!) to love every item from Carter & Presley. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. 💛

🔁 Returns:
You can return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

🎁 Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange a product, please email us at hello@carterpresley.com with your order number and details — we’ll guide you through the process.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items (like personalized or custom toys) can’t be returned unless defective.

💸 Refunds:
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
