Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on its way.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship mainly within the U.S. For international requests, please email us — we’re happy to check options for you!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at hello@carterpresley.com. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Just make sure they’re in original condition and packaging.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Simply email us with your order number and the item details. Our friendly support team will guide you through the process.

Q: Are personalized toys returnable?
A: Because they’re made just for you, personalized and custom toys can’t be returned unless there’s a defect or damage.

A: Each toy comes with care instructions on its product page. Most can be gently wiped clean with a damp cloth — no harsh chemicals needed.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! You can add gift wrapping and a personalized note at checkout to make your gift extra special.
